Another thing that was talked about on the podcast I linked a few post earlier as a guy from IGN was on the show who had played the game for about 45 min. He said the longer you use your horse the better it will becomes. So when your horse dies it becomes a emotional moment. Here is a similar video on the subject

Obviously, this is going to be my new "favorite game of all time." RDR1 was up until I got hooked on The Witcher 3. My biggest hope for today is seeing that the player movement is more like Horizon: Zero Dawn and less like Grand Theft Auto. Fingers crossed! Less than 2 hours to wait!

This looks absolutely glorious! Those animals are breathtaking. That scenery is breathtaking. That combat system looks awesome. I still cant believe all I saw was entirely in game footage. I thought my excitement was at its highest before. I was wrong. For me, this will be the greatest game ever.


And I saw fishing! WooHoo is wasnt cut out!!!

Not sure if I have said it in here but this is the first ever non sports game I've preordered and paid $60 for (I am 36) so hats off to Rockstar for making a epic western game.

Spiderman, WWE, and now this. Man, my wallet is going to be feeling light!

My two big takeaways. The animals and the environment look amazing. Seeing that wolves and bear fight was something else along with carrying that deal, looked like a deer, on your horse back into town was something else. The other thing I enjoyed was like the poker, and fishing with the gang! That's going to take up my time of hours at a time because they added something so small, but so fun in this huge game.
