    Re: Red Dead Redemption 2

I'm only half joking when I say there's a part of me that really doesn't even care about the missions and goal of the game. The environment is so stunning and beautiful that I feel like I'd be completely content just roaming about and handling what the environment brings my way.

Some nice quality screenshots I've seen pop up on other sites:

Playing cards was one of my favorite activities to do in the last game and I look forward to continuing that.

I never really played Poker until my wifes workplace decided to do a monthly poker night last December.

I had no idea how to play but showed up and learned (some very nice people) and placed 4th out of 32 people! Mostly because I was unsure of stuff and folded whenever, LOL..

So then I went back to RDR and used that skill to win a bunch of money, sure did make the game much easier money-wise to know how to play.

Anyone that doesn't know how to play poker and plays RDR2 - LEARN!

This looks gorgeous. This is the type of game I'm going to get a bunch of mileage out of on my 1X and sound system. Just get lost for hours...

This will be my favorite game of all time. I played RDR pretty consistently through last year. I imagine I'll be playing this game consistently for the next 4-5 years. It's depth, variety, and replay value look top of the line.

Looks great and a lot of good info. Pre-ordered the special edition the other day at Best Buy with GCU. Looking forward to RDR 2 being my November game. Come September, my gaming schedule is stacked through March. LOL.

That video was amazing. Covered a lot of what the Game Informer article stated but with more depth and actual video to back it up.

Rockstar is the best at what they do IMO. They make games that are worth buying a video game console for. I've played many games this Gen but nothing has come close to GTA V and Red Dead for me. It's crazy to think they've taken so long to release a new game but we all know it's going to be worth the wait.

A column of smoke is seen atop the immediate treeline and a familiar voice echoes through the hollow, 'Hey, Arthur! This is your doggone cousin! Why don't you saddle up your horse and take me bowling!'

This game looks so good and we will all get so much out of it I almost feel guilty just paying $59 for it.

Sort of reminds me of Diablo III which I payed $59 for and have well over 1,000 hours in.

I suppose it evens out though, my gaming collection is filled with games that cost me $59 and I played for about 4 hours, LOL
