I popped in the PS3 version for a quick second just because, and hoo-boy that framerate droppage scared me away really fast! I think I'm spoiled with what the PS4 Pro has been able to offer, even if it means a steady 30 FPS. I was seeing like 10 FPS at times. Plus there was aliasing all over in the distance. The PS3 has never looked so antique!

Also, I remember getting 100% in the game, but it showed that I only had 93.9%. Were there future updates that added more content or something?

Did a bounty mission and shot up the town before turning it off, but man I am so stoked for the new one!

SERIOUSLY considering trading in my base X1 for a X1X specifically for this game (and every other multiplat games moving forward, but mainly this one). Any of you guys have a X1X? If so, you guys think it's worth it? I know this will look amazing either way, but just wanted to get some outside perspectives.

I got the X1X on release day. I also decided that was the time to get a 4K tv. All this was due to RDR2 coming out. If this game was not announced I would still be using my Pro and 1080 tv.

I just ordered an X just for this game. I love this franchise so much that I need the best system to play it.

If you have the right tv it’s absolutely worth it.

Stupid question: What is the difference between an X1 and an X1X? I don't think I could justify an upgrade right now but wondering just for the sake of curiosity.

I'm sure it's mainly the 4K thing. Like the difference between a PS4 and PS4 Pro.

I picked up an old PS3 for NCAA14 and the seller happened to have RDR. Going to plow through that game before the new one. Can't wait.

If you have an HDR tv the One X is a game changer. For example, a game like Monster Hunter looks almost 3D when I play it now. An FPS like Titanfall looks so 3D that its almost distracting. Add in the Dolby Atmos download on Headphones and it really is incredible how immersive it can get.

Not crazy at all. I have it ordered for both systems as well. One for the Pro and one for the X in the basement for when the wife and kids want the TV. I also have both guides and collectables ordered. Ya, I'm all in on this one.
