I still think that the ending is going to be downloadable content. From the rumors I have read, I don't think they are going to have a Halo 3 for awhile and they are holding back on the big announcement for the last level or so...
This is the biggest game on the Xbox, don't you think they would have something set on Live for it?

Well, you said you don't like XBox Live for undisclosed reasons, and if I couldn't play this game on Live I wouldn't even rent it. As for the grenades not having enough range, I don't get that one at all -they go plenty far for me. No disrespect, but your review disqualified the strongest feature of the game, it's online play capability, because you "don't like XBox Live".

I meant I don't like how Bungie is utilizing XBL, it's has a little good but for the most part it's crap. In this game chief throws a line drive like he's sidearming it, and they don't do nearly enough damage.

i disagree. i think this game is utilizing xbox live better than any other game. Easy to find people, easy to get messages, etc

I didn't think so at first, but now I do. I like the quick game because I can get much needed practice if I have only 15 or 30 minutes to spare at a time, with no pressure to play longer because you basically don't have that option unless you set something up after the game. The party system is fantastic- I like the way you can transfer your entire party to a game.

I didn't think so at first, but now I do. I like the quick game because I can get much needed practice if I have only 15 or 30 minutes to spare at a time, with no pressure to play longer because you basically don't have that option unless you set something up after the game. The party system is fantastic- I like the way you can transfer your entire party to a game.

Well my friend and I just beat the game on co-op, and damn the ending was disappointing, you work all the way through it and ... UGH! I really hope there is another level downloadable, because the feeling going up was really exciting and then, it was just a let down.

XBL is so amazing though. It may beat Battlefield 1942 for me, and thats hard to do.

Halo2 has the worst ending ive ever seen in a game. i thought i was mad after the shenmue 2 ending. sitting there thinking the level is about to load up then the credits start. im like wtf.


Halo2 = Matrix 2

both have
deeper more flushed out stoylines
better graphics/effcects
overly hyped
****ty endings



and i just got the 2 month sub so add me to your friendlist. im pissed i cant just play slayer wheni want to w/o having a bunch of ppl i know w/ live.

my name on there is BostonsKing. we should get a clan going too
