Later today, patch 1.06 for Ghost of Tsushima will be released, bringing changes to the Traveler’s Attire and new bug fixes.
This patch includes the following new updates:
Traveler’s Attire
– The Traveler’s Attire has been enhanced to add new visual and audio cues hinting at nearby collectibles. These cues can replace or augment controller vibration in order to offer a better, more accessible experience
Text
– Expanded Large Text accessibility option to also include additional prompts and objective text
Bug Fixes
– Addressed a bug where users could encounter a black screen preventing progress in certain tales
– Addressed a bug where users could become stuck in some Yarikawa tales

Gotta say I felt the game was too easy by the end of Act 1 on Normal after you level up. Act 2 stuff got a lot tougher lol. The duel in the Marshes was hard. I went back to Normal to beat that guy.Comment

Just beat the may start a second play threw soon and do side missions unlike my first play threw and play on hard instead of normal. Going to play in Japaneses on my second play threw with English subtitles after having played in English on my first play threw. Now i end to watch ign and there interview with the director of the game has it was a spoiler interview and also watch the making of the game to that i got with the special edition of the game. I liked how you get to decide at the end what you are going to do. May be like my 4-5 favorite ps4 exclusive not sure yet. I know for sure its not above HZD or spiderman for me would likely put ratchet and clank above it to but maybe i will fell different after i do side missions on second play threw.Last edited by Smallville102001; 08-10-2020, 03:49 AM.Comment

Completed Tsushima yesterday in about 90 or so total hours. It's an estimate but it's close enough. I do have several "?" on the map that opened up after completing the story and liberating the last region. Will see what those are later today but the game is finished otherwise.
VISUALS - 10/10
Not much needs to be said here. Tsushima looks superb. There's some issues like when walking up or down a hill/stairs as Jin and any other character will have their feet clip through the ground up to their ankle. Definitely needs to be patched and it's annoying but minor.
AUDIO - 9.0/10
The music is excellent, voice acting is great and the sound effects are damn good. Overall, no real complaints.
GAMEPLAY - 9.0/10
My biggest complaint was the camera especially during combat. I got better at managing it as I progressed but it's still an issue. Rest of my complaints like not being able to climb everything like in AC Origins/Odyssey or not being able to just "waypoint" something are simply personal preferences and nitpicks. Overall, aside from the camera issues, everything is excellent. Would go in depth with the skill trees, stances, etc. but honestly, it's better for those who play the game to discover it all themselves while playing. All I will say is that I had no issues with any of it and best part is that you do feel like your character Jin is progressing throughout the game.
STORY & CHARACTERS - 10/10
What can I say? I absolutely loved the main story and all the characters. Didn't come across a character I didn't at least "liked" and they all do an amazing job with the respective voice actors and quite simply, while Tsushima is somewhat of a revenge story, the overall plot and everything was simply superbly paced, structured and executed to near perfection. The duels are great, the ending boss fight was excellent and the overall ending was a "holy crap" moment, at least for me. Loved Jin and Khan as the protagonist and antagonist. Just really enjoyed the story and everything from beginning to end.
OPTIONAL SIDE CONTENT - 9.5/10
The quest lines with the few set characters are great. Rest of the side content can range from decent to good. Overall, I would rate the side quests as either 2nd after The Witcher 3 or 3rd after AC Odyssey. Either way, one of the much better open world games when it comes to side quests. The other aspects like finding Bamboo Stands to increase your resolve or how you unlock the stances early on or pretty much everything all fit within the game world. The only real negative was that there's a decent amount of collectibles and some optional side content that's strictly for cosmetic stuff which im not into. Otherwise, I did everything and will wrap up the few remaining "?" that I have on the map later today.
OVERALL - 9.5/10 (excellent)
What can I say besides the simple fact that as of now, Ghost of Tsushima is my 2020 game of the year. What an amazing game by Sucker Punch. Like Bend Studio a year ago with Days Gone and Guerrilla with Horizon three years ago, Tsushima has put Sucker Punch on the map now for me and I can't wait to see what they and the other studios I mentioned do on PlayStation 5. Oh man!!!Comment

Beat the game last night. Absolutely loved it.
Like all open world games, I felt some fatigue in Part 3 with some of the side tales, but the last couple main story missions were epic.

Didn't play for a week. I'm not in a rush to finish because I don't want it to end it's just so good. I just made it to Act 2 last night though. Trying to be an honorable Samurai is so hard lol The temptation to just sneak through is so tempting.
Also how is the english voice acting the first thing . I've been playing with japanese audio from the start.

More screenshots. There's a ton of screenshot options including adjusting the weather, time of day, wind speed, etc. I'm sure someone who is a better artist than I could do some amazing things.
