It's likely they won't do it but I sincerely hope EA makes maps available to all users and put guns, customizations, etc. as DLC.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Right? That's my problem because you guys know I'm low on the Stick-Skillz totem pole. I tend to get a bit slaughtered in BF1, whereas I can at least be semi-respectable in BF4, and nearly good in the SW Battlefront games. LOL

Amen. I like this model for Battlefront II, so that the community isn't subdivided on whom has what maps.

I was a little disappointed that COD WWII didn't hold my interest more (outside of the excellent single player campaign). The maps and gameplay just never grabbed me. I'm just more of a Battlefield/Battlefront enthusiast and prefer how they play these days.

With that, I'm excited for BFV as well. It may be another case where I don't play well again like BF1, but as long as I love the maps (likely) and it plays well (likely) I'll look forward to it.

You know it's going to be amazing looking, and sound incredible.

Dan, I always remember you as the Support and Ammo guy in Battlefield 3.

I die from so many Support guys laying prone across the map with an LMG that I'm sure that you can find some kills in BF1. It's definitely too easy to get kills that way with minimal effort

Put me in the camp that found the sound and visuals of BF1 phenomenal but lost interest quickly (comparatively) as well.

I blame that on the absence of tag taking. If BFV brings back tags, then I think it will hold people's interest longer. But that could just be me.

As a WWII buff, I want nothing more than to see DICE's WWII effort so hoping the leak is true. I loved BF1. Didn't get premium but I should have. A lot of the guys I played with stopped playing come summer 2017 and by then I was just excited for CoD WWII.

While I have a relative amount of fun playing WWII, I really think that BF is going to be taking my business continually from here on out.

A modern BF shooter would be great as well but I'm sure that will be the next game in the works.

                  You inspired me!

I hopped on this morning on my XB1X and JUST stopped playing...non stop since about 10 am. I ranked up 19 times LOL.

All I did is what you said; I stopped worrying about anything else and was Ammo King, captured a LOT of flags, and always stayed with other people to lend support.

I got a ton of support ribbons, and the medics in turn got revive ribbons!

New maps are amazing. I'm back in on this one.

Okay, sorry to get off track. Back to BFV hype and speculation!

Definitely looking forward to this. I love history so definitely do not mind the historical setting. WWII in the frostbite engine should be amazing. I have not played Battlefield I nearly as much as past BF games, but that is not because I did not enjoy it, I just don't game as much these days as I have in the past. I miss the days of running with many of you all on BF. Hopefully that can return with this new iteration.
