I did the same and I'm having a pretty good time and I didn't like the beta all that much. It does seem improved in many areas.

I ended up buying it just a few minutes ago, won't get to play much until tomorrow. Really looking forward to it tho. I played the beta as well and wasn't overly impressed. Nor was I turned off by any specifics. really looking to get going.

            Re: Elder Scrolls Online

RockjawMcGraw playing mostly on Daggerfall Covenant. I had a Nord in Ebonheart that I rolled yesterday and took to level 11, but a quest bugged out and now every time I load him in I get an empty screen with no character and I can't move or do anything. Tried using /stuck and everything else, but he's just screwed.

I don't like their Morrowind lands either, so I think I'm going to pretty much exclusively stick to Daggerfall Covenant toons.

                Elder Scrolls Online

Sadly there are a lot of bugged quests on ebonheart side.

How does this game have gold farmers spamming everywhere on the second day of early access?

The spamming is out of control already. Just hit 1 bugged quest early on Daggerfall

Right click the name to ignore. Great thing about it is that it /ignores the entire account and not just the one name spamming.

Good tip crimsontide, I find it hilarious that they are there already though.

I know you can join 5 guilds but are they account based or per character?

I would assume account wide. Not certain though, but when you create another toon you are automatically in the guilds you joined previously.

                          Re: Elder Scrolls Online

I wrote a very long rundown of my day one marathon yesterday (played from 5 am, when it launched here, to midnight) and forgot to post it and my ipad automatically refreshed he browser when I woke up and checked so I lost it.

I played about 4 hours just now after getting home from work.

                          My thoughts

Relatively smooth for a launch in terms of lag and whatnot

Way too many bugged quests. Yesterday I only ran into 2, today I ran into probably 8 or 9

It feels like a better game than what I first played in the betas

I'm having a good amount of fun

I'm not sure how I feel about doing a quest, getting to the end, and having 14 random dudes pop up and gank the boss in 3 seconds, a little anti-climatic

I haven't been involved in many mmo launches, the gold selling did catch me by surprise tho, didn't realize it happened so soon.

Only have done one dungeon and it was awkward. We wiped many times. It was a mix of people struggling "I'm a healer/tank but not really" which I guess is to be expected, a lot of experimenting right now with people trying to find their niche and best builds. At first I was mortified. I had done well in my solo quests up until thts point (level 12 summoner) but my pets were getting one dominated and I didn't feel very effective the first few dungeon attempts. After adjusting my ability bar, I did notice a big increase in productivity and survivability. I'm experimenting with a heavy/light armor sorcerer combo, staff as main, one hand with shield as backup weapon set. I'm having fun with it and trying to balance and optimize certain aspects has been interesting and is definitely keeping me coming back for more.

I'm having a lot more fun in Al Dominion so far than when I was Ebonhart in the beta.

I like the shard and lore collecting, that kinda hunting keeps me interested and I feel compelled to take time to clear whole zone before moving on.

Wouldn't mind a few more chests sprinkled around. Seems like there's a billion baskets with water vials in it for every one chest.

The second summon pet so far has been a buzzkill, I hope it morphs into something much more powerful considering how easily it dies.

Right now, at lvl 15, I would say my experience has been a 7.8. I like it, I think I like it a lot, and I know I don't hate it, but I'm not sure I love it, yet.

Not sure I would so a year sub for this. Maybe three months. We will see thought I have not done pvp yet.

Community has been pretty friendly. Not quite like realm reborn was at launch, but friendly nonetheless.

I do kinda feel like something is missing. Hard to explain. I feel it blends mmo with elder scroll game pretty well but just lacks a little bit of oomph.

I had a lot more to say but don't feel like retyping.

I'm in AD, NA server, account name JaredLib, character is Zehpas Lib, add me.

Very interested in more thoughts from the locals here

I believe it's a very solid foundation and maybe with some mechanics adjustments, I would be very curious to see where this gsme ends up and what it evolves into with some patches, updates, and expansions

Good to hear some favorable impressions. It's really hard to gauge, as a lot of people seem to be hating on the game just for the sake of it not being exactly like Skyrim (not here, other sites), or just hating it because they have to pay. I'm not playing any other MMO's currently, so if I really like ESO, I'll have no problem subbing.

I'm just hoping it runs smoothly on the PS4, as my computer would never play this. Looking forward to a potential PS4 beta so I can give this a try myself.

Sellee and Myzz on Daggerfall Covenant. I really didn't like the Beta, but I played it early on. I had really low expectations but have been enjoying myself thus far. The leveling doesn't seem like much of a grind. I tried the Wildstar beta, and am thinking leveling is going to be a pain in the ***. You can easily recognize it's WoW ties.

                                Update day 3:

Played a fe w hours last night, experience was the same as my last post. Had a little more fun than usual as the loot is picking up (I'm on second area now, level 18, zone is grahtwood I believe). On the flip side, server disconnects and bugged quests were rampant across the zone chat and I experienced quite a bit of both myself.

The second pet morphs into a support role, it either heals when you get low (once every 30 seconds, powerful heal) or increase your and all allies magic regen 10 percent. I went with the heal because my magic regen is already at soft cap. I might regret it tho. It seems to attract aggro much more often than the tank pet due to the ranged attack hitting before tank pet gets to enemy. I'm sure they will make adjustments to the summons.

I'm enjoying it, still waiting to be truly wowed (no pun intended) by something tho.
