Iron Gym is pretty good to bring on the road also, as long as there is a doorway suitable to hook it up to.

I went to Hartford on business for two weeks last year and I was lucky that there was a gym in the hotel. After I got back from classes/meetings and grabbed a bite to eat, I would hit the gym on most nights when I was up there.

Ok what do you guys do for energy when caffeine and B-12 no longer work?

If you need caffine for energy then your nutrition is lacking.

Yeah, I just drink tea for the purported health benefits. I don't drink it for energy from the caffeine. I try to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night, especially on non-work nights.

I have been the type of person who is always tired. Eating right and never gives me energy.

I hate eating before working out or running, because my stomach feels jacked up. I almost always workout on an empty stomach.

Trust me I know that the solution is to change my diet and eventually the benefits will kick in. I just never been at a point where B12 - caffiene doesnt help at all.

Well then I think you might be at the point where it is time to start eating healthy. I've been eating healthy for a few years now and I'm never really tired.

                        Nice job!

I came home from college today and weighed in at 208. I've dropped 57 lbs total so far. DTX once you get going it gets easier keep up the good work!

Are declines worth it? I'm already doing 3 sets of flat bench and incline in my chest workout, so would that be a little too much?

For those of you that do decline, does it actually make a difference in your lower chest, or could you achieve the same results just doing flat bench?

No need to do incline/decline really.

Flat bench hits your whole chest.

It's not until you start to see one part of your chest that you feel is underdeveloping that you should start targeting those areas with different exercises.

Some people don't have the problem of one part developing more than the other. So for these people they wont have to mix in incline/decline.

So again, my advice is just work with the flat bench. Then IF you start seeing one part not developing as much as the rest of your chest, then work in some incline or decline presses.

That's the thing bro. I haven't been to the gym in like 2 weeks(I know I've been seriously slacking.), I'm actually surprised that I lost 10 pounds. But I've been drinking a lot of water, stevia, eating right, and started drinking something called CLight, which has helped me lay off the soda in a major way.

I hear you, cutting out soda was a major step in me getting healthy. Don't sweat the missing the gym so much now. When I first started it was more about getting my eating habits in check, and working in regular exercise with the sports me and my friends play all summer. Once I got to school I knew I wouldn't have the time or opportunity to do so, so I started hitting the gym. At some point the speed at which you lose weight starts to decline, that's when you really need to kick up the exercise and continue eating right.

Like I said 10lbs is a great start, and once you get going it's much easier to keep going.
