Oh hell no. I'd build a dam on my line.

Seriously. I would have my boundary line looking like Holland.

      Slow as molasses gas pump.

Just got gas this morning and the gas took about 7-8 minutes to fill my tank. There wasn't anyone on the other side of the island which could cause the slowdown. Must have been a clogged filter or the drop in temperature. It was freezing outside. Thank god for heated seats when I eventually got back in the car.

Go to the city/county and see if what he did was legal.

Or 100% just go block it off. You shouldn't suffer damage to your property because your neighbor is an idiot.

Last time I had that, I think the tank in general was all screwed up. It topped off (spilled out, even) because it didn't sense that it had filled up, and I was irate. The cashier didn't really do anything about it. Had to find a car wash quickly because of the fuel on my paint.

I do try and pump gas at the slowest rate though to receive fewer vapors, insignificant as that may be. I also like to do it in the very early morning so the fuel is at the coldest temperature. I'm getting the most bang for my buck that way. I've learned to be patient at the gas station, heh.

                        2. Part of my back yard that has the septic tank is holding a lot of water lately. We're going to have to utilize some french drains, concrete poured drains, etc. to divert water because the ground is really saturated. I have a lower and upper backyard and rain runoff from the upper comes down and into the lower and it just doesn't drain very well.

                        3. My septic tank is completely full, mostly from water because the lack of drainage so I couldn't flush any toilets at home last night and barely used any water except for brushing teeth this morning. I went to the gym last night and worked out just so I could shower there lol.
Kinda reminds me of the show "Fear Thy Neighbor" on ID about how neighbor disputes start small and become catastrophic. I've been chilling down my own neighborly issues so they don't jump to that extreme.

I can only recommend "fight fire with fire" isn't the best way to go

good luck with everything, man, life is frustrating

Cable companies and the crap equipment they make us rent that doesn't work right. I have to reset my DVR every couple of days because it doesn't work right.

Yeah I know it is. The cable guy has told me that when they take back broken equipment that they plug it in and if it comes on right away and works they send it right back out to another customer.

I finally had to buy my own modem three years ago because we went through 4 of their modems in a year and I got sick of them breaking. Also they started to charge us a rental fee for them, I wasn't gonna pay $10 a month to rent junk from them when I could just buy one for $60.
