6'0 white guy here, I dunked a little in High School, but really got up during college. Dunked in one of my phy-ed classes in college playing 5-on-5 on a fastbreak.

Dunked for the first time off a dribble last night. At 6'4" and 160 lbs (white) I could do it running up but not dribbling, picture how LeBron drives to the hoop.

Never. I'm 5'9. End of high school I could touch rim, but barely. My hoop in my driveway we lowered to 9 1/2, and I could occasionally dunk. The vast majority of my attempts I would miss, but every once in awhile I could throw it down.

Ever since I tore my acl though, I've never really tried. I think I'm just as athletic now as I was before, and much stronger, but I just don't want to risk pushing myself too far, when there's really no point.

6'1" 190lbs, and still can't dunk. But I can nail the 3, so that's all that matters.
