Day 2 is in the books. Legs were a little sore after yesterday's workout. Holding up alright otherwise. It was easier getting through today's workout than yesterday's.Comment

Alright I've been at it for about a week, today's my day off. I'm loving it so far. This is not easy or some gimmick quick fix; you're definitely working for the results you get.
I'm nowhere close to being able to keep up non stop. I'm curious to know how many of you guys have been able to keep up from the get go? My legs were feeling the pain almost all week but I can say I'm feeling pretty good today. I'm combining this with weights a few times a week just to make sure I'm not losing too much mass as I'm already pretty thin. I can definitely feel my core getting more solid.

Count me in. I started the fit test today and it was tough. I had been doing the EA Sports Active and More Workouts since January and I have actually lost about 25 pounds using those and eating right. This however is on a WHOLE different level!

Fellas, I just picked this up today and will start on Monday May 24th. I am very excited, because I recently moved and lost access to the neighborhood gym.
I weigh 205 pounds decent shape, but my goal is to get down to 180 and finally get some tone my body lacks.

First week was tuff and now I'm halfway into the second week. I can tell my endurance is building up as I can "almost" get through some of the workouts. The Pure Cardio workout is tooooough though. I started at 194 as of the first of last week, but I can see me getting down to about 185 before its all said and done though. We'll see how that goes.
Off topic, but do any of you with PS3's mind if add you to my friends list? I dont play online too much but when i do, i'd like to have a good game.Comment
