    I don't mind cleaning the blender at all either. I usually make enough for 2 and put the extra one in the freezer. Cuts down on the usage.

      Whats wrong with Diet Soda? Aspartame? I've heard good and bad things on that.

        Aspartame has pretty much been proven by everyone except the govt. to be bad news. I'm not going to sit here and say I never drink diet pop, but I try to severely limit it. If you do drink diet drinks look for something with sucralose in them instead of aspartame. Arizona Diet Iced Tea and RC Diet Cola both use Sucralose instead of Aspartame. Check out www.dorway.com

            He didn't recommend it, he just said it was better than aspartame. And I believe it is. I hear you but as I said before, I'm not going to limit myself to only drinking water the rest of my life. Until there are commercial drinks out there that use Stevia I'll continue to occasionally indulge in Sucralose and the occasional Aspartame. Right now I drink water about 80% of the time anyways, it gets old.

                Killing one person is better than a whole family. Doesn't mean if you should kill one person it is "ok" or "fine" or "not that bad/serious."

                An alternative is brew your own tea and add stevia to it. You don't need all of that acid running through your bones from diet soda.

                Really, nah not really. I drink water 99% of the time.

                If I need a sweet drink, I just make a smoothie honestly. Or make some tea and I still don't sweeten my tea.

                    How often do you drink soda or sugary drinks

                    You can make tea at work
                    You can make tea at home and take it to work if you can't make it at work.

                    Don't drink Crystal Light either.

                      I drink a diet nestea can every day during the work week at lunch. Then on the weekend I sometimes drink 1 or 2 diet pepsi on Saturday with my cheat meal. And on occasion, maybe 2 to 3 glasses per week I drink diet arizona iced tea. I never drink anything with sugar in it because of the caloric intake.

                        I gave up Crystal Light a long time ago when my chiropractor got freaked out that I was drinking it. The dude was worse than you are about the drinks, he was rabid, LOL

                          You are better off drinking stuff with sugar than those toxic fake sugars.

                          Are you working towards eliminating those things from your diet completely?

                          Try little by little. Maybe not drinking Tea everyday and maybe 2 times per week. It will be a struggle but you KNOW you shouldn't be drinking those things ODOGG.

                            I watched that "I Want to Look like That Guy" documentary where an overweight guy turns himself into a competing body builder in 6 months time. Really incredible. Some good motivation, even if you just want to lose some weight

                              DC, i have cut down significantly. I really don't buy diet pepsi anymore, i usually have the ones on Saturday because I order them with my cheat pizza or wings. I will just have to be aware to cease to do that.

                              As for tea, I used to make sun tea at the house so maybe i'll look into that.

                                ODogg, do you allow yourself to have a cheat meal every weekend? I ask because it would great build your mental toughness if you can go a weekend without it. Try it.
