    I wish bad food made me feel like that.. When people start saying they started eating healthier and feeling healthier I don't understand. I can eat healthy and I feel the same as when I didn't..

      Maybe it's somewhat psychological but I think it's got to be somewhat physical. I do wonder if the KFC had anything to do with me getting sick, it could just be a coincidence I admit.

      Well I won $7 in the gym challenge this week! I lost 7 pounds more than the last place guy. I finished out my Friday to Friday week with a loss of 5 pounds!!

      I'm at 253 pounds now, 33 pounds more to go until my goal weight!!

        Oh and I started at 305 so I'm finally able to say I got that coveted 50+ pounds barrier defeated!!

        Also, sometimes you might see me post slightly different weights, it's beacuse I weigh in 3 different places and times. So like Monday evening I may say I'm weighing in at 259 or whatever, it's not a weight gain, just different times and scales will give you different results. So when I post my weight i'm talking comparative to that same scale and time for weigh in.

        I just wanted to be clear on that so no one would think i'm schizophrenic on my weight postings.

          What happens to me when I eat fast food that is really bad is when it's time for me to get hungry again, instead of getting hunger pains, I feel sick to my stomach.

            Hey, weight yourself on the same scale throughout the day, you can easily fluctuate 5 lbs..

              Well I hit the 25 LB mark today, pretty Happy with myself. I was at 275, Now Im at 250. Im gonna Try to get down to 200 by the End of the Summer. The Final Goal is to try and get back in the Army which is not an easy task since the Economy Sucks and that means less Waivers (I need one for my Hearing).

              We will see how it goes, Not sure what I will do with myself If I do not get back in, might have to start robbing crack dealers.

                  Well I finally got a scale than can handle me. On Tuesday morning when I started I was at a crazy 357. (Should have started this a long time ago, did until my wedding and then went down hill from there) :/ This morning I'm at 351..Hopefully by next Tuesday I should be under 350..jeez

                  Ate very well this weekend, and started today off with a nice breakfast. My wife and I would normally get a McDonalds breakfast on Sundays so instead we ate a Smart Ones breakfast sandwich and made our own home fries with just water and cut up potatoes.

                  It's kind of crazy that I can play a full game of basketball at my weight.

                    The tuna I presume you mean? You know most of this week I did not eat tuna because I had late dinners and just was too full to even think of eating. I do plan to get back to it though because I believe it does work.

                    That's good to hear Pete. Just remember that so long as you make the changes and work at it slowly you will turn things around. It's never as fast as any of us want it but then none of us got this way over night either.

                      I finally got below 250! Saturday morning I weighed in (well afternoon actually, I was up late Friday night) and weighed 245. Of course this morning I weighed in and I was back over 250 but it was nice to see a 240-something even if just for one day!!

                      Had some pizza, sub and wings yesterday. I didn't do too bad though in regards to pigging out. In fact I actually ate a fairly small amount.

                      Today I had a few small pieces of pizza and 2 wings and I'm done eating for the day. I go see the doctor in the morning and am getting a blood sugar test which requires fasting. I'm also getting a cholesterol blood test done. My cholesterol has not been bad since I started all of this but my good cholesterol has been too low every time, it should be 40 and it's been 31 or 32 each time. So I"m really hoping it's at least 35 this time.

                        My eating flew off the tracks this weekend, but I knew it would. Saturday morning had two eggs, 3 pieces of bacon, hash brown casserole, grits, and 2 biscuits with gravy from Cracker Barrel, then it was my cousin's 30th birthday and I had a burger and brat (sp) off the grill. Saturday night I was in my hometown and ate a few pieces of hometown pizza and half a hoagie.

                        This morning, parents bought Mickey D's for breakfast. Had a breakfast burrito and a hash brown, then my mom's Pastor took me and my wife out for lunch and had a chicken wrap and a salad. On the drive home, I stopped at Steak N Shake and had chicken tenders and fries.

                        I've gained 2 or 3 pounds over the weekend, which is less than I expected, but my stomach can only handle small portions, which is a good thing. I start back on the recumbent bike tomorrow. Will keep you posted.

                          Down to 212...probably get up to 215-218

                              240's seems a lot different than 250's to me. I guess because you start thinking you are pushing 300 when you get passed 250's. Way to go on that, ODogg.

                              I feel so vain thinking and talking about the look of my body, but at the same time I feel so good about it. I'm beginning to see form without flexing in my arms, especially the triceps area. However, my gut still needs a bunch of work. I am noticing a little form in the upper cage, but I still have flab around the waist area an in the belly. I hate that.

                                244.2 today. Pretty pleased. I didn't eat amazingly over the weekend, in fact, I got a small Domino's Pizza and ate it over two days. But I am pleased, since I'm down from 245.6 that I was at the beginning of the weekend.

                                At this point, though, I still don't see a lot of the change in the mirror, but everyone else seems to. I'm just thinking that it's my mind playing tricks on me to make me think I can't change the way I look.
