    I'm trying to start running again instead of just biking, but the impact from the asphalt is hurting my legs and back. I don't even get winded or really tired.. I just hurt early into a run. Any suggestions ?

    I think it might be shoes.

      I think it might be shoes.
      Have you tried changing the insoles of your shoes? Doing more core and lower-back specific strength straining can also help.

                Cavs momentum carried over into my workout today as I benched 365 4 times and just really felt in the zone. Listened to Hate Me Now by Nas the whole time, perfect gym music. Hoping it carries over into my leg work out tomorrow as I attempt to squat 495 for multiple reps

                    Man it's really eye opening once you see yourself lift on camera. Definitely need to step up my diet as the wedding gets closer and my fat rolls going over my belt lol.

                    My back wasn't feeling great today so I only went up to 455 on squats and got 2. Probably could have gotten a few more.

                      Absolutely love this workout and the Musclepharm supplements to go with it, particularly the Hardcore Series, Diesel and Gainz.

                      All of this definitely could not have been achieved without staying on the meal plan.

                        So I have been experimenting with my pre workout energy matrix. I have been using C4 for about a month and for some reason it really doesn't light me up. I had much better results with hyper shock rage. More focus, more explosiveness, more stamina, etc.

                        Anyone else have similar experience?

                          Good **** and I don't blame you on not wanting to be big, it's really annoying when it comes to clothes when you're big but not tall like me (now sure how tall you are).

                          I used to use C4 but I became immune to it like most supplements, my caffeine tolerance is very high. Right now I currently stack ESP with Redline White Heat. Redline Whiteheat I think is around 400 MG caffeine and ESP is a ton of B12 and other stuff, works really well for me.

                                If that's what you're talking about that's the old Jack3d. With DMAA.

                                I would of never taken that. The new/advanced formula is safe and doesn't have DMAA. I took it last year. Helped me a lot in workouts and cardio. I went through two 45 scoop containers of it. Had no problems what so ever. It helped me go from 230lbs to 180lbs. Also got me progressing from a max bench press of 40lbs to 140lbs no spot back then.
