Thanks. See. I get confused. Most places say for me to lose 0.5-1.5 lbs a week I need to stay under 1600 calories. This said 1900.

I think I've asked this before, but what all can I do with this machine? How often can workout a body part. Two days rest? I want to stick to my gym schedule, but also use the machine at home.

I can't see the machine bro.

There are two schools of thought with cutting. Some like to go aggressive, (I did for about a year and lost 60 lb) but, I lost muscle mass as well. If I were to do it over again I would use this calculator so I can maintain more muscle mass. Also, if you get too aggressive during your cut, it could lead to binge days. I've gone down that road too.

I forgot to add the pic lol. It's there now . I think I should focus more on building muscle now. I could lose about 15, which is pretty much all stomach area

Oh yeah, that looks like a nice little home gym. You can definitely get some quality work done. I try not to work out more than two consecutive days in a row. My current schedule is Mon/Tu/Th/Fri. 90 Minutes each workout. Push, Pull, Legs.

Need another 15 lbs off of my waist then I will be happier.

                  Nice.

My wedding is August 7 and I'm weighing in at 205. Ideally I'd love to be 185 but I am deadly afraid of losing some hard earned muscle growth this past winter. Starting to think 195 would be a better number to shoot for.

Any suggestions on how to maintain muscle while attempting to cut?

Look up leangains macros for a cut if you are still hitting the weights.

Yep, just like suggested......(macros) so that you are taking in the proper amounts of protein, carbs and fat with each meal. I didn't lose any muscle during my cut as it is all fat! I have actually added more muscle by doing

Day one: heavy lift day with 6-8 reps per set
Day two: cardio of only 30 minutes every other day to avoid muscle loss. High-intensity intermittent exercise known as (HIIT). (light weights only)
Day three: lighter lift day with 10-16 reps.
Day four: cardio of only 30 minutes (full body) (HIIT). (light weights only)
Day five: Heavy lift day with 6-8 reps per set
Day six: keep following the above order

I know it isn't the greatest plan, but it seriously working great for me. I don't take any days off. I was doing P90x daily but noticed that some of the workouts was causing too much stress to areas that bother my knee or shoulder (Plyometrics) so I kind of do my own thing.

Been really busy with work/travel and am struggling to get enough nutrition right now.

Still making the time for my routine, but I'm definitely fighting to maintain my form in lifts, and having some rough runs where I'm fighting my legs or just feeling labored in general. Haven't taken a break in a while so it might be time for that too.

On the plus side, being 30 and having trouble maintaining weight despite a pretty robust diet (with careful choices of course), and not being overweight like I was at 29 is much better.

Not sure how, but I got hammered this past week with flu like symptoms. Still weak today but I need to get back to lifting. Feel like I am getting behind on my goals and I feel even worse when I miss my daily workouts. Just going to do some light lifting here in a few.

Worked out yesterday for the first time in 10 days after being on vacation. I took my workout gear, and of course never once visited the hotel gym haha. It was a tough hour of activity last night.
