Re: 2016 FITNESS CHALLENGE
Yea I just found it odd for this time of year as I usually get sick around New Year's. On the plus side, I returned back to full workouts yesterday and was suprised at how much stronger I have become. That was another nice surprise to come back in a good way after having been sick for a week.
I am now moving to more heavier lifting each day with the strategy of building my upper body so that it blends with my bellyLast edited by Rules; 06-02-2016, 10:49 AM.Comment

Re: 2016 FITNESS CHALLENGE
Been doing so good this year on eating healthy (lots of water fruits and vegetables ) and working out 5 days week.
Today I was rushing and had to eat McDonalds at work. I damn near threw up.
I don't see how I used to eat this stuff weekly freshman year#1 Laker fan

Re: 2016 FITNESS CHALLENGE
Let me say that just by adding one simple mile run per day on top of my regular workouts is working. I dropped another inch on the waist over the past week.
I have gone from a 38 inch waist to 33 inches in just over two months. I am very happy with that.Comment

Re: 2016 FITNESS CHALLENGE
Ran into a stressful period in which I'd normally over-eat and gain weight, but managed to stay at my previous weight range without gaining (and I have not been eating well lately, lol). With that done and summer coming up hopefully I can finish off and get to 205 or so which should be good for my height."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: 2016 FITNESS CHALLENGE
Coming up on yet another end of round for Insanity which will make it about year that I've been doing it straight through.
To combat what I feel is plateauing motivation and body improvement I've decided to set up a small work out area in the basement and will compliment Insanity (month 1 at the very least). I want to do some basic dumb bell lifting routines combined with some core/plank workouts pulled from Insanity and do work on a heavy punching bag as well.
If nothing else it'll be something different to get used to.

Re: 2016 FITNESS CHALLENGE
Fellas, need some advice.
So I'm 6'6, 6'7ish and I weight 232lbs with shoes on. I'm definitely a skinny guy though and I'm trying to get like a Cory Maggete kinds of cut. Idris Elba maybe lol. But the point is I wanna put some weight. I just got back in the gym last week Tuesday. My problem is that idk whether I should bulk or cut to get that kind of look. Here are some pictures of me below. (Not flexing in any of the pictures) What do you guys recommend?

Re: 2016 FITNESS CHALLENGE
I'm a fan of the full body cardio workout on top of my regular workout routine. I believe it was a major factor to losing all of the fat. Getting ready to do 21 day fix in a few minutes before lifting.Comment
