How am I not being mature? I'm throwing my opinion out there, that I am entitled to. I'm not bashing everything left and right, I'm discussing this in a civil way. If I wanted to, I could put a swastika as my avatar and call you all Nazi's. Am I doing that? No.

This forum WILL suck with the EE forum gone. There is no sense of community now, except for Steve's "What's Up?" threads. Which, I guess should be stopped too.

You could do the Nazi thing....and you would be banned. I know your upset but you've made your point and the people in charge dont agree with you. I can see that you are just upset and arent thinking rationally. Did I enjoy the EE forum? Yes. Will OS suck because its gone? No. If you think the forum will suck now, then I dont know what to say other than: OS appreciated having you as a forum member and will be dissapointed if you decide to move on.

when something big in the world went down, I didn't check any other sites, I checked EE, when I wanted to post something about the world around me I didn't go to any other site I went to EE, when I wanted an answer to my questions I didn't go to any other site I went to EE.

Your opinion is out there. If OS isn't good enough anymore without EE... I'm sorry. And, in all seriousness, I like you Acid... I'd be sorry if this caused you to leave. But, we (the Staff) who have been here for over 5 years in some cases have to think about what's best for the site. Sometimes it's not popular. It may cost us Poster. It's our decision. Your opinion is duly noted. It's not personal.

Trust me, I love OS. But, I loved the OS with the EE forum, I won't leave unless banned, but I feel the forums will be very boring and vague without the EE forum.

I just saw Sully's post about PMing him to reinstate threads from EE. That's cool, maybe that will work.

It will not turn into the EE forum. Creating topics that aren't forum specific is considered spamming, and is a violation of the TOS.

I will say thanks to the Mod's for brining back some of the more popular threads... it makes the Entertainment section easier to handle until we build it up again.

i agree ,eventhough i seem like a noob ive been lurking at os since 2k1. then they got rid of the lurkers and i stopped coming here for awhile . then i joined sometime last year.

im done with videos games. the sports topics are ok but i come here because i enjoy the ee forum.

Unless you understand the behind the scenes makeup of the site... the time and effort that goes into running it... and the vision for the future... I don't blame you for a second for being thrown off. Especially those of you who use that site as a crutch to the outside world...

Hey... I would be willing to bet that I have more posts in the EE Forum than anyone else on this site (maybe Heel). I posted in it EVERYDAY. There are parts of it that I will miss.

But, again... it's not personal.
