I have only played maybe 4 games since the patch but I'm I the only one that thinks fouls have been tuned down immensely? I was using teams from England if that matters.

I'm sure Ultimate Team players complained about too many fouls so EA reduced them since they are their butt buddies.Comment

No you're not the only one. I can't tell if I'm playing madden or soccer sometimes. I mean there's times when you get hit and spun around and nothing's called. Also sliding tackles are way to accurate especially from non defenders.Comment

Re: Patch 1.05 = Crap
I'm sorry, but I'm to the point where I will no longer play FIFA. I've been playing the game every year for the past 7 years. The last couple have been sketchy, but FIFA 16 takes the cake. I literally cannot score goals anymore. Not since the last patch. I will dominate almost every game statistically but will either draw or lose.. no matter who the opposing CPU team is.
I just turned it off mid-game because Sydney FC was passing the ball around me like they were Barcelona (I was playing as Chelsea). And although I had 11 shots on goal, their GK was Neuer in disguise because he was diving all over the place, saving every single shot, no matter how ridiculous. And lo and behold, they score around the 70th minute with a header that Courtois could have easily saved in real life, but just stood there and watched go over his head and into the back of the net.
I can't do it anymore. I've tried over and over again to like this game. It just isn't there. It feels like I'm playing against the same team every single match. Whether I'm playing against Real or West Ham, it doesn't matter. Still feels exactly the same. Tactics do not matter. What's the point?
I remember when I used to play my manager career mode with Chelsea in previous versions of FIFA, and if I was playing against a cupcake team, I would win 4-0. But if I was playing against a team like Real or Man City, I'd have little margin for error, and would usually win or lose by a goal. You know.... realism..
I read about people raving about this game, and I just don't get it. It's not an atrocious game, but I'm sorry, it's not a great game either. Not by a long shot. Looks great, plays ehhhhh.... They are lucky they have the licenses and stadium environment.Comment

Tuned down big time. It's almost like EA said, "How can we level the playing field with PES? Oh yeah, let's turn down fouling almost to the point of non-existence."Comment

Re: Patch 1.05 = Crap
How is the best when cpu AI in 1.03 crossed the ball just for the sake of crossing? In 1.05 they cross and score.
How is the best when your cpu teammates didn't react fast to get the ball from the cpu attackers?
For the first time in history EA improves the game and some of you just want them to roll back to the ridiculous previous FIFA games with dumb and psychic AI all over the place. What's more bizarre is that some of you compare FIFA 16 to the unplayable crappy FIFA 15.Comment

How is the best when you can easily run the wing, stop in the edge of the box and make your way through unmarked?

No, on 1.03 you can only run in from the wing cutting-back on World Class NOT Legendary. 1.05 made the game arcade -- which destroys it for us. All the negatives you mention are minor niggles compared to making the game arcade.Comment
