The entire coaching staff + players does not even make 5k a week right now.

It is my second nationality, but I'm not a good manger stats wise (only two things above a 10). And I'm managing in the lower leagues of England. The offer makes no sense even with it as a second nationality. There are at least 30 other managers who should been offered the job before me.

Also no one has offered any of you guys a job yet. Which seems odd. Maybe me putting that you support the club is why? Some of you should have been poached by now, with how well you've progressed stats wise.

I assume it has to do with nationality, as it seems to be an even larger factor in National team offers this year than previously(especially if the nation has a preference for same nationality managers) I had a long discussion with SI about it when I continued to get offered the USA job as a 0/0 manager.

Am I the only one that never uses that update to start a save? I don't like midseason transfers being on teams at the start!

If I ever started on a team that made significant moves at the beginning of the game, I would never use it. But considering I normally spend 60-90% of the first season unemployed it doesn't bother me much.

Some of my most memorable saves are started after the winter update. But I'm too heavy into the created team to do that right now.

How do you get the 'sort of more life like' image for your press official? Mine looks like I hired half the membership of Match.com.
