Finished 16th in the Championship with Sunderland, avoiding relegation.

With only 8 million in the bank, I’m not sure I’m going to get a decent transfer budget. However, there are rumors a takeover is on the horizon.

I've got a lot to catch you guys up on.

Season 10:

First year in League 2.


Did pretty damn good. Started bleeding that youth intake from a couple years back that was labeled as the golden generation.

Season 11:

Second year in L2.


So three of our youth players at this point were on their way to becoming monsters. Also loaned in 4 u23 players from PL teams. We were actually lucky to win the title. Chesterfield fell flat down the stretch and gave way the title with four to go.

Season 12:

These youth kids man. They are monsters. Fighting off teams left and right. Thankfully they've never asked to leave. They love the club. All three are now four star players. Two strikers and a central mid. Also loaned in 5 PL u23 players who should have been playing for their parent clubs first teams by all accounts. Just complete beasts. Which means they will be next season now.

Oh also we are playing a 4-3-3 again due to how the roster filled out with so many strikers. And it also appears to be unstoppable. Would explain why we have done so well and won two titles in a row. Every time I seem to use it we win a title.

And so far in season 13, its not looking great. Almost at a "this is fine" moment. Hoping we don't get our first relegation this season. But it very well may be. But then again, every time I say this we finish mid table.

As for you guys, you already know Gopher left us. And here are your current profiles in 2029. Its been 8 years in games since last posted. Some of you have exploded. While others haven't seemed to progress much at all. Not sure if that is due to something I did when making you guys in the editor, or if its on par for the positions you are in. I gave everyone 200 potential when making the profile. The Scouts seems to be progressing the least. A few of you are monsters now and I expect you will be getting PL offers soon too.

Also the save file for this is now massive. And the game is crazy slow. So no more 2-3 day seasons. It takes 20 minutes to get through a week without a game all the sudden. No idea whats up with that. I've had other saves go much further into the future and never get this slow. I might need to kill all the lower leagues now.
