He's basically being shown off as a version of Daniel Wass.

Joining Ospina in Italy, Joel Campbell ends his very strange time at the club by joining Frosinone, and youth player Stephy Mavididi joins Juventus "B"

More of our ridiculous past structure of wages off the books, that’s a win.

It's weird how not mad I am at the result. I feel like I should have more pent up anger, but I've really done a job of convincing myself that this is a process. I didn't watch much of the game, but from what I saw it's easy to see that the Wenger players are still in the process of adjustment. I sincerely think that there is a massive difference in so many aspects of the club that patience is required.

All that being said, if we ****ing lose to West Ham, heads should roll out of that starting lineup very quickly.

Patience is always key when switching manager and style. The big question is always how much patience is enough and how low league finish can we accept in this adjustment period.

Even Moyes would've turned United around at some point, if the players kept plugging away. He's a good manager. Ferguson wasn't an instant success. 11th place in 87 and 89, for example.

Gary Neville was absolutely spot on tonight. It's going to take time, and to hell with grinding out results—we're better off building something, and it has to start now, and at times it's going to absolutely suck.

I'd much rather see an unwavering commitment to principles and ideas than us merely trying to get by and exist.

I should clarify, grinding out results is fine, but not lumping it forward in and pray we can win now and maybe do enough without thinking of the future. As Neville said, we’re not trying to stay up, we’re trying to build something...or rebuild.

Even when I disagree (which is rare), I have such respect for how he presents his arguments. I have no idea if he has, but I would love to see him conduct interviews with some current managers in the league.

Does Xhaka have dirt on every manager he plays for? How is he still starting over Torreira.

Statistically, Xhaka has been Arsenals best player going forward in terms of passing and chance creation. Guendouzi still starting is interesting because how often he gets caught flat footed in the build up play.

This, Torreira playing alongside of him actually frees him up a bit.

Why aren't Pierre and Lacazette both starting?

Too much attacking prowess to be sitting on the bench and they are both French stars that came up together? Gotta find a way.
