      that save was ridiculous

Blackstock would have had an easy goal there, US is lucky they somehow managed not to see it

2-1 USA right as the clock hits 90, nice cross, Johnson put it in, all is well

No joke. Good for EJ though - he's been through a lot.

Haha seriously. Good win to gut out though for the morale of the team, that small pitch really worked against the U.S.

They should be removed from hosting any international matches until they can get a real field. I don't know how that met regulations.

If you want to see a worse pitch, look at the 2nd half of GUATEMALA playing there 1 month ago. There was standing water on the pitch, so deep that the ball would stop rolling because it was basically floating.

I'm pretty sure it didn't from what the commentators were saying. Pretty much killed our long ball/header game. I'm worried about the pace of our defense though.

It was 110x70, the minimum FIFA requires.

Do you really blame Antigua for choosing to go that small? If it gives them the best chance to get a result, you can't fault 'em.

Yeah I can't blame them. Its definitely helped to keep them competitive throughout the qualifiers.

Huge match with Guatemala tonight. Need a draw to advance. Also, still no LBs on the team. Should be interesting.

Looks like it's going to be Parkhurst tonight.

I watched France v. Spain on my Xbox, but USA vs. Guatemala is not showing up
