Can/Will Julian Green make an impact in this World Cup?

I Disagree. Boyd is clearly the Jozy backup (as a target man) and Klinnsman's #3 forward. Green would be the #4 if he goes, which would bump off Eddie Johnson, Hercules Gomez, Juan Agudelo, or Chris Wondolowski.

The Mexico friendly may help us understand how he fits in.

Green's one time transfer has been approved. He is eligible to play vs. Mexico next week.

I love how USMNT was able to land Julian Green in time for me to see him play in person on April 2 in Phoenix. Money well spent, really excited!

Gedion Zelalem turned down German U17 invite. Still a long way to go before he could play for USMNT, but that helped.

Refusing is harsh, because they're not required to... but it's still a dick move. Oh well, Mexico still sucks.

I'd call it refusing since it was a gentleman's agreement that players would be available unless the team was in the CCL.

But sure, it's their right. Nice timing on the notification though, eh? Couldn't make it known earlier?

What makes it worse is that Puebla hasn't even been paying their players.

World Cup away kit unveiled. Most seem to hate it, and I feel deep down I should hate it, but I don't. I like it.

Did Thierry Henry switch to the US? Because we look like France.

I like the away kits. Not a fan of the plain, bland home uniform. I also liked the "where's Waldo" uniforms too though.
