There have only been 2 articles reporting that. First was Metro quoting sources from the S*n, second was the S*n quoting Metro, who was quoting the S*n, so basically the S*n quoting themselves in which the original source was almost certainly fabricated?

RLC loan to Palace actually looks like it might be going forward.
That's possibly a great move. I know I said I'd love it if he went to Italy, but Palace has a good coach who generally does youth development well, and their midfield is one he should not have trouble breaking into.
Kind of a make or break season for him I think.Comment

Triple post.
Just having a quick thought here. With RLC and Nate going out on loan, along with Baker, our midfield this season is going to be Kante, Cesc, Bakayoko and Matic? If even if Matic doesn't leave that surely isn't enough depth for the like 55+ games we will be playing.Comment

I agree re RLC, good move for him. I think Chalobah is going to stay. Conte seems to like him, giving him minutes last season so I think he views him as someone who can continue to contribute this year. Still is bare however. Not sure who we would go for though to be a backup.Comment

Looks like we are possibly moving for Danilo?
Kinda came out of nowhere, but I guess RWB is less defensively demanding than RB, and if he can find his Porto form it would end up being a pretty fantastic signing.
Also I'm a fan of the Aina loan. He should theoretically get plenty of minutes in that team.Comment

Marca was pushing RM for a Danillo sale for quite some time but it seems like everything is progressing much quicker than all of our other transfer dealings/mis-dealings.
With Hazard injured it means we can move Moses back to winger to cover with Danillo/Azpi as cover. Hopefully it doesn't push Charly out. I REALLY want him to have a great preseason for us.
Supposedly Bayakoko was in London today for his medical. I wake up every morning, roll-over, and check to see if we've signed him. It's hard to go back to sleep angry.
