Just remember that's 30mil Euros, not pounds. Comes out to around 23mil pounds which is only 5 more than we paid for him. I don't think there is any player we could get for 25m that is better than Schurrle.

I promise you he will get his form back. He's only had half a season of bad form, and he was fantastic for us last season, at the world cup, and the first few games of this one. Imo selling him would be even worse than selling KDB.

If we can't beat Newcastle then it really it is a curse. No Cisse or Tiote (ACN), no manager, and a lot of injuries.

I still can't get my head around José selling KDB. He would've been crucial for us.

It'll be Bradford. They were 4-0 winners over Millwall.

If there's one thing you can count on Millwall for, it's that you can't count on them for anything.

Just an incredible 1st half performance vs a club that doesn't concede many goals at home.

Now, get ready for Pool midweek.

Great opportunity for Chelsea to go 8 points clear of City on the 31st. The Blues really need to take advantage of that.

Pretty standard Mourinho/Chelsea away leg cup tie. A draw at Anfield is not a bad result, could easily have been a loss if not for Courtois. It's insane how good he is.

If Cech started that game, this tie would probably be over. 5-1 or something close to that would have been the scoreline.

It's a shame he will never be as good as De Gea.

The save late with the wherewithal to not let the ball cross the line for a corner was special, not only from a mental standpoint but to be able to do it physically was impressive.

Going forward we were just a little off from the passing to the 1st touches. Credit to Pool though, they played well and dominated large spans of the game.
