There really is no one on the bench that outright deserves more time than the guy in front of him. I will say that Dave looked very leggy though. Navas ran him ragged all game. Probably the worse match I've seen Azpi put in since he's been wearing a Chelsea shirt.
I agree with you on Remy and his movement was perfect for Kompany and Demichelis. I feel he did well. I think that Dave was just after coming back from an injury and may not have been back to his fittest. I'd like to see Jose rotate between Hazard, Willian, Oscar and Cuadrado just to keep things fresh. I'd maybe even push Fabregas up and play Ramires/Mikel alongside Matic.

I'm good with Cesc moving up occasionally and Ramires playing next to Matic but I have NO DESIRE to see Mikel any more this season.

I agree with everything except for rotating Eden. If he wants to be infringe upon Messi & CR7 territory he needs to play every match possible, at least from here on out. Those guys (Messi & Ronaldo) never get rested unless for injury and when they do it's major news

I lose all confidence in the midfield when he's in. I just don't see the strength of Mikel. He's not great at either end of the pitch and, imo, he's a liability in defense.

I'm happiest when the DMs are 2 of either Matic, Fabregas or Ramires. Mikel gives me "feelings of impending doom", lol.

He's great at shutting a game down when we're up a goal. That's his role and tbh, he does it very well. He's never going to be good offensively or transition the attack from defense, it's not who he is or wil ever be. He's a role player with big game experience that's earned Jose's trust. I prefer him paired with Cesc as it allows him to go forward while Mikel tucks in ahead of CB's. He'll never excite but he seems content with his role and never sulks. I can live with his flaws because I know in the long run we need him.

Perhaps my original post wasn't clear. I meant "in the starting XI". I don't mind seeing him in the 75th minute with a lead. That said, my preference in the 75th minute would be Ramires coming on for Cesc to play alongside Matic.

Great day with City dropping points as well. Solid game, Villa always take it to us at Villa Park.

Good to see Cuadrado for the last 15. His ball control reminds of Hazard. Those two are going to cause major problems.

I'm hoping to see the third kits more frequently. They look clean.

Speaking of kits... I really hope they extend their sponsorship deal with Samsung. I can't imagine anything else being on the front of our kits. I saw some mock ups of some kits with Turkish Airlines on the front, and it just looked... wrong.

                                Question for you guys...

Could you see Hazard moving to a more central role in the midfield ala Di Maria?
