Apparently the Spotify guy is suggesting he will contribute to an ownership group of Arsenal?
This week gets more silly by the day.Comment

How would that work? UK government forces owners/ownership groups to relinquish some ownership?

A group or partnership or some kind I've always felt would be the most likely if Kroenke were to sell, just due to the insane amount it would take for him to sell the club.Comment

Re: 2020-2021 English Football Thread
Oh man that would suck, especially if it forces the hands of clubs like Everton (don’t know their ownership details) who weren’t pushing for the ESL.
I’m not a huge fan of owners being forced to sell. Didn’t really like it when the NBA forced Donald Sterling’s hand even though he was a POS.

The main goal would be to give more specific powers to the fan portion to avoid things like name/badge changes, moving the club and all that kind of stuff. Sterling was different cause he was forced to sell off the entire thing.Comment

And bring in who? They're not going to pay what some might want, and honestly, there's going to be better jobs for those they might try and tempt.
For the record—they won't. They're very committed to him as the project.Comment
