What's so interesting is that if this does entirely fall apart, the twelve clubs have lost a ton of their leverage, as they've been shown everyone is not going to sit by and go with it.

I hope fans, pundits, smaller clubs, anyone in a position of power doesn’t just stop once the Super League is done. The sport is at a major crossroads and pushing hard for more changes now could be huge.

Every time I think top 4 is over, Spurs are sucked back in. A win tomorrow and it’s still possible.

All 6 PL teams pull out according to Sky.

              Liverpool confirm they are out.

I don't care if Stan Kroenke sends out a video of himself personally apologizing. This wasn't just an idea, it was idea being executed. The cognitive dissonance is reaching levels I may no longer be able to stomach. I just ****ing hate that prick and his stupid mustache so much—and his son.

Bayern has now gained a considerable amount of power and leverage within the ECA just by staying out of this.

People need to keep pushing the govt. etc., for 50+1

I know UEFA is like hey thanks for coming back but I hope the ECA ignores the twelve clubs and it’s a long time before they’re allowed to be on any committees. Arsenal’s Chief Executive just gained a spot on the council in early March and already pissed it away.

I'm kind of surprised, given how long this idea has been floated...

And I think it would be nice if the stars calling out this money grab would be roughly as vociferous about the CL and WC changes.

What would have been nice is for FIFA, UEFA, the Non Rebel Clubs, etc... to put the energy they put in halting the ESL into combatting racism.

If not for Lloris Spurs would be more than 1 down. His double save has kept them in it.

Ings just can't stay healthy. One of those players who could be/could have been something special if he could stop getting injured.
