Are you sure? If you sim training there is a chance for it to be gold. I've seen it a few times. I would think the CPU teams do the same.

I'm not sure - I've only heard from others that it's the same as last year, never tested it myself. Can anyone else confirm this?

That's how it was for 25. Unfortunately I can't figure any way to check if that's changed or not.

Did you play and earn some gold medals before you simmed ? If so, if the same drill gets picked I believe they will use the gold medal. But cpu teams won't have any gold medals unlocked so they always get a bronze. That's my understanding.

It was week 1 of preseason and I started a game and then backed out which simmed the training. When I went to the training option one of them was gold and the other was bronze.

You are incorrect. They get a mix of gold, silver and bronze.

They are 65-70% of the efficiency of a user getting all golds every week.

Well if that's true that's good I suppose thanks for the info though its still best to sim the training to keep it fair since getting golds each week would give you more then the CPU.
