A few minor tweaks:
-Pass blocking increased to 55
-Interceptions decreased to 25
-Fatigue decreased to 55
-Injuries increased to 55

I feel as if there were too many injuries with this latest change. Both the cpu and I had a ton of injuries. 7 players out for extended time.

I would give it a few more games. I'm into week 8 of my 2nd seson and only have 1 player hurt

No, change everything listed on the main menu first, then when you get into franchise, load them in
