1) Carson Wentz was brought in to be the starter for Washington right now. But, quiet is as kept, 5th round pick Sam Howell has been really impressive in camp. So, a storyline where the late round pick begins to creep up on the vet so that by preseason of season 2 there is a legit battle for QB1 would be awesome.

Also, doing 32 teams would give the User more flexibility when it comes to free agency and trades throughout the League and that would be something we could go in and control. So, storylines regarding coaches, players asking for trades, big names wanting to go elsewhere etc. Not sure if it's possible but hey lol...

Another twist are negative scenarios. Sort of the Anti breakout game. Maybe Wentz has a couple poor games and he’s gotta keep his spot. Although in online we cant control depth chart. But you could go in and lower his ratings.

This sounds pretty cool. Can you explain how having the companion app on your phone get's the needed files to the PC? I understand networking and such but is there a file that you output from the app on the phone that get's imported into your program on the PC? How does it get there is what I am wondering.

Thanks! I'd definitely check this out but I have typically been offline franchise guy so it would take some getting used to.

Just have to make sure PC and phone are on the same network, the app will start listening for the companion app and give you the address to put into the mobile app. All you have to do is click EXPORT on the phone and my app will save all the data it needs on your PC which will allow you to click the desired franchise you want to view and it loads. Simple, really.

Also two more previews for those interested:

Re: Franchise+ - Madden 23 Franchise Desktop App

Is it something that is customizable at all?

Here's my thought process: I don't like or want to manage editing players based on the story elements. However, I like the idea of something that is a more visual front end to stories that are happening in my franchise. If it were something that could take what's in a franchise and be an ESPN.com of sorts for my franchise, I would find that very valuable.

It would also be fascinating for it to extrapolate more on the current draft classes, hightlight trades that occurred, make headlines for major player injuries, etc. Those are the things I find the most intriguing. I don't want to modify what I'm doing, I just want something to bring the events to the surface more.

Either way, what a fantastic tool!

The storyline generator will have users purposely run it each week (Storylines in the nav bar) to see what events they get and what events need resolved (if they are not instant results).

If you do not want that part of it, never run it and you basically have a viewer for anything that is included.
