More pass rush moves, even more o/d line interactions and hand fighting.

Improved Living Worlds, add women and children models for the crowds, give them more characters and more variety, more clothing options for crowd and sideline models. Make the coaches and players on the sidelines more involved, have them run down the field with players celebrating on big plays, have the players and coaches watching the plays and responding every time. Make the crowds react different based on the importance of the game, down and distance, have certain crowds like at Century Link & Arrowhead, be louder than others.

Improve overall presentation and commentary, overhaul pregame, post game, halftime presentation, add a studio show and a weekly wrap up for Franchise Mode.
Sorry Jp, not from a wish list perspective, in the Q&A with Clint.

What did he not get done on the offensive and defensive line for Madden 25, that he would like to see in the future?

Re: Twitch - Running Tips with Clint Oldenburg

2 things
1)I would like Clint to touch on how to alter blocking assignments if possible.

2) expand on the logic behind check & release. I'm getting varying results on how my players respond to different coverage and would like to get on the same page. I've seen players release early and let the blitzer come free. Which is ok..i just need to know what read they are making the tells them to release. Is it if they see a zone blitz they release, or man blitz etc.

More specifically: I was running Saints Drag out of the Empty Saint Formation in the Saints playbook.

This play calls for both A and Y receiver options to use a check & release before running on their drag routes. With a deep in, deep post and deep comeback options. This play looks great because in theory if the the opposing team blitzes I have a max protect with deep routes. If they play man i have a deep in and comeback to work. if they play zone i can work underneath.

When I ran this play against the Patriots odd man front in an over look. My RG & RT doubled teamed the LDE who in a 3-4 is not a pass rush threat leaving my TE 1-on-1 with an edge rusher. I don't have to tell you what my results were. And I also saw this on the left side as well.

How about some realistic WR/DB interactions? Why has it been basically the same for the last seven years?

This is a Howto: Q&A about gameplay aspects from the next gen version of the game. Not about the past games.

I don't care what it is. They should honestly answer why they haven't improved WR/DB. Madden 25 on next gen is the same old thing, same old problems. Let's get it out there. What's going on?

And your tone and attitude is a precise reason why the devs rarely do threads such as this one ..smh

Already answered by a developer one month ago from a podcast.

Q: Any improvements made to WR/DB interactions?

Rex: That can mean a lot of things. You have to think about all the different components of the feature, are you talking about press and release, behavior at the line or jam, are you talking about route running, hand fighting on the routes, or the interactions at the catch point? There's a lot of different factors of that feature. The one thing that will really jump out at you is with player sense and human intelligence at the DB position. You'll especially see this in zone coverage, the way defenders will react once the ball is thrown and break on the ball is really a lot more realistic. I think most people who played Madden 25 gen 3 felt zone was a little soft this year, but that is definitely not the case on gen 4. Zone defenders are brutally effective and will take much better paths to the ball, so their ability to break on the ball and target to their correct position to make a play on the ball or the receiver is vastly improved over what you've seen on gen 3.
