Madden 16 Bugs and Glitches Thread

Game still gets hung up on the blue screen when exiting a game in offline CFM.

Seems pretty random. Maybe once or twice a season.

Achievements not unlocking anymore for me, Xbox One.

I played almost 3 hours during the week pre day-one with EA Access, succesfully unlocking some achievements, and then I never played again. The other day I started to play again after a lot of time, teorically unlocking other achievements (like the one of creating a Mut team, explore draft mode etc) but never got the achievements, not even in the "Unlocking" status that sometimes hit achievements system on Xbox One.

So, what's the issue? How I can fix this?

In Game Prep-> In Game drills most of the time there are no Events. Just an empty grey box at select event

There is 50% chance the first try, 10% chance second try. If I completely quit game, the chances improve again.

Whats the bug? CPU team being "2nd and -69" after I threw an interception combined with an unnecessary roughness penalty

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? Franchise (offline)

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Threw an interception which wouldn't have been completed had my receiver not knocked/kept the DB in-bounds. The resulting tackle from the intended receiver led to an unnecessary roughness penalty (which I believe is what caused the glitch) which in turn led to the CPU for some reason starting off as 2nd and -69 around my 20 yard line

How often has the bug been reproduced? None.

I need help. So I don't have internet so over the years I play offline cfm controlling all 32 teams. I got madden 16 for ps4 and after selecting all the teams and making all the roster moves to match real life I attempted to play a game but it won't load. It stays stuck with the spinning football loading screen. I have deleted the file numerous times and also initialized my ps4 but still no change. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it

Whats the bug? CPU Pass Block slider controls the user pass blocking as well as cpu pass blocking.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? Franchise, Practice, any mode.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Moved cpu pass blocking slider to 0 and noticed that it affected the user oline even though the user slider was at 50. It can be recreated

for the life of me i don't understand how to get pre existing injuries to actually be active in my franchise

no matter how many times i try to start a new franchise up with the option ticked on i still get players like dante fowler and steve smith playing every snap

the ravens were awful this year and ended with a top 10 draft pick because of all their injuries, in madden i can't replicate that in franchise mode because guys like suggs and smith are completely healthy and then the ravens end up being a playoff team

is anybody else having this issue :c

Whats the bug? Dallas Cowboys punter had the ball in his hands when he was kick the ball BEFORE long snaper realease the ball.
