The pictures post through these lmg sites doesn’t show the true quality. I’ve posted some using my phone which takes HDR/4K pics, shows a better quality. I would say it looks better than any sports game I’ve played.
I get that some people prefer putting their TV in torch mode because they like that super bright and oversaturated look, which is fine. But it's important to understand that there are indeed cons to this, and not to ignore the downside as some of the posters here are doing. If you think that any perceived benefits outweigh the cons, then that's fine.

Where did you post your HDR pics? I'd be interested in seeing them.

Here's a few...

I posted some in the Photographic thread and another one similar to this one. I usually play "play now" early on until I get more compeditive playing All Madden. These shots are from overcast I think.

Most on here are having 1:00 clear issues. I get a different brightness just about every other play. As far as my settings go, it's just preference to the user. I'm very content with what I see, theres no right or wrong.

The sun only hits the field in domed stadiums. I don’t understand it. It’s not a question of hdr or non hdr. Most of the stadium’s sun is just bugged, period.

Nice pics! It's a bit too saturated for me but as long as you the viewer likes it then do your thing. For the longest time I've been trying to get use to warm2 but it's just not happening even though everyone says it is the industry standard.

Re: Lighting Patch?

What phone do you have ? Holy crap those shots are hands down the best ones I saw so far. Far as experts, yeah I really don't go by them either. Everybody lighting situation in their house is different. I do what works for me and my eyes.

Ive found that even using warm 2 you can offset the tint if you adjust White Balance. White Balance is the one thing that has made my picture look so much sharper. My tv has both the 2 Point and 20 Point Intervals that you set by 5%. The Color Space adjustmends have helped as well. I used rtings.com calibration for my tv as the baseline and then have adjusted from there.
