From talking with the developers a bit it sounds like OVR between positions isn’t a really good indication of their value. QB and OL apparently have the largest spreads in starters where as other positions are more compact.

Jarvis Jones and a steadily, slightly improving Bud Dupree are enough for you to say notorious? Are you forgetting Shazier, TJ Watt, Vince Williams, James Harrison, Lawrence Timmons just to name some of the more recent names. You must have unrealistic expectations lol.
If anything, the Steelers are notorious under Tomlin for failing to develop decent DBs

Murray, like most qbs, was over-drafted.

And Quinnen Williams of the Jets was the best prospect in the draft according to at least half of scouting organizations.

I think most of the ratings look pretty good. I really like the lower overalls and the idea of having to develop these guys over multiple seasons rather than having a team full of star players after one season. I just wish all of the dev traits were hidden for the first 8 weeks or certain number of snaps.
