Yes. Just make a copy of the tool and put it in another folder. Each franchise needs its own copy of the tool.

Curious. Does this take stats into account? Like if you have a guy who was thrust into a starting role due to injury, and he just straight out-performs his ratings. Does he earn more skill points?

This tool is not stat based. Think of it as a much more dynamic and in depth version of Madden 12's progression system.
In addition, if a player naturally receives a dev upgrade at the end of the season, the tool gives bonuses for that. That's where stat gaining can make an impact.

I'm sorry if I'm missing something, but my backup QB gained 7 OVR points in the 2nd progression report (71+7=78), but when I move forward to the next week he only goes up 1 point to a 72 OVR. Is this because his trait isn't unlocked yet? Or does it happen over time? I'm new at this, but even this minor thing I'm not understanding doesn't really matter I'm liking everything you've done so far.
