1) Kick/punt returns are too easy. I return 2-4 for a TD each game. Most others I return somewhere between my 40 and their 30. Usually it's blocked so well that the hole is just open. I'm not juking or using an exploit. Harris, the Giants KR only has 90 speed. Clipping penalty being called so often helps prevent 1-3 additional TDs or big returns a game.

2) CPU running game not potent enough. I just flip the right stick to emphasize pass defense. The CPU will be able to get some first downs by running it but can't do so consistently enough to beat me. Eventually, the CPU gets so far behind that it abandons the run. That just plays into my hands.

My current plan to address this is to:

1) Bump CPU Run Blocking to 75.

2) For the return game I'll have to read the thread and see the reasoning for some of the changes to penalties that affected return coverage. Make a decision based on those. I may move those back to 61 and 63. Might move threshold to 12.

The other option will be to just sim KR & PR. Because I'm not sure if it would work to let the CPU run the Returner and then I just hit the cover-up button to reduce fumbling when the tackle comes.
I Sim all special teams, this gives some more realistic outcomes, missed FGs, blocked kicks, etc.

If you want the cpu to have a run game, lower HUM tackle to 25. This will force you as a user to make solid tackles. Also, lower the false start and offside to 50 and 50. This will even the play at the line of scrimmage.

If you want a true all-madden test, I have found that the human sliders cannot be over the all-madden points for each category. Example: qb acc/passblk/catch cannot have more than 75 points between all 3. Also, this means that HUM tackle can be no higher than 25 as it is the only slider in that category.

My sliders that I have tried to reflect this all-madden and still have defense play as well as it can:

Hum/cpu
4/9
0/50
25/48

6/12
6/50

60/50
15/37
0/50

25/100

All penalty sliders same as OP except false start and offside. Both of those at 50.

Give those a shot while simming special teams as well.

In main menu, input the set of sliders, save the sliders. Go back and change the difficulty to all-madden. Go back into sliders and load custom sliders that you just saved. Go into CFM. Go to sliders and import custom sliders with Y button? Don't manually change them in cfm.

Really? How many sacks is your team getting? What is your turnover differential? Compare those numbers to the NFL and see how they stack up.

Also, running is too easy and stopping the cpu run is too easy. These sliders are fantastic, I'm just saying there are some issues that people run into with these as all other sets.
