Why Can't We Trade Kickers and Punters?

I'm for this to be implemented in Madden for a couple of reasons.

1. It's in EA's darn motto, If it's in the game...
2. I'm playing franchise and have a good kicker, BUT, I want to hit longer FG's whats so wong in wanting to trade for a kicker with a bigger leg?
3. I'm an Aussie and want one of the 3 Aussie punters on my team, <_<
4. ... IT'S IN THE GAME, PEOPLE!!!

I am more interested is the Fact that you cannot draft a Decent kicker...

We can't draft a decent kicker, nor can we trade for one. So our special teams is eternally screwed unless theres one in FA or we start with a good one already.

Apparently we can't trade them because the CPU can't value a kicker or punter correctly.

...why can't we draft a decent kicker? I got an undrafted kicker and he's up to 85 OVR with 95/85 KPW/KAC. Is that because I didn't actually draft him?

a decent kicker to me is 90+. The kickers i get are from 70-78 in ovr.

I even created a 99kpw 99kacc in NCAA and imported the draft class in madden. he was only a 78 ovr with no weapons drafted in the 4th round.
