Madden PreRelease Reviews Limited to Single Event Viewing (misunderstanding-post #36)

It's definitely not a good thing, I'll say that much. Hopefully there are some hardcore franchise guys in attendance who will sim through a season to check out things like STATS, the off season and draft, not just a bunch of guys playing exhibition games or something.

Not sure what this news means. The only thing I can say for sure is that this might mean something negative, This may not mean anything at all, but there is no way that this can be seen as a positive. Absolutely no way.

It means that final boxed copies of the game are still going to media as they always have. People will still be able to dig down into the game prior to launch, and on the community side we intend to send copies out per usual.

Good to hear. I hope it doesnt change. Reviews should be of a final game code in the hands of the reviewer for a reasonable time. Thanks.

I agree. Just want to be clear about the intention here since there still seems to be some confusion after we sent out the update.

edit: imo, if you need clarification on all of the new features, maybe they weren't implemented the right way? Most reviewers are decent about finding out and giving the needed info. Feature Lists only work when reviewers or fans can see the end results of them. not just be told what the game has for "new features" but actually NEW stuff you see in action.
