Also baserunner speed at 35 works perfect. I have infield arm strength at 30 and outfield arm at 60, and it all works great for me..
appreciate the feedback... i will plug those in and give them a look.

i especially agree with the infield speed...at 30 i've never gotten close to a diving stop. thanks!

New updates - Friday, April 22 - 2:15 a.m.

All changes are noted in BOLD and RED

Feedback appreciated...I think these are VERY close.

Note the pitching stamina change (make sure you save this under your settings file).

These are NOT on 2K share so you'll need to take a minute and plug them in manually.

Re: mkharsh33 MLB 2K11 Sliders: Classic Hitting / Total Control Pitching

I have not updated the first post, but I'm going to try something (based upon feedback I'm seeing elsewhere here in the other OS slider forums):

user batting contact: 30 (lowered from 35)
user batting power: 75 (raised from 70)

cpu batting contact: 40 (lowered from 45)
cpu batting power: 85 (raised from 80)

still seeing too many base-hits from both sides, but sense a bit of a power-outage. I don't want to see too many user pitching strikeouts, so I'll keep an eye on that.

Feedback on this appreciated! Thanks!

Something to consider is how well your executing your pitch, because anything with not enough velocity will be hit solid by the cpu, and bad gestures.

I have batting contact and power for both the cpu and myself at 40 contact - 60 power, and everything is working fine. I do have pitch speed at 90. The lowest I would go with contact is 30, but I feel 40 is accurate.

I also have for throw speed 30 for infielders, and I believe outfield throw speed at 60 or 70. I need to double check that. Try them and see what you think.

One more note to pitch better I think changing the camera to the batters cam helps a ton in pitching better.

Re: mkharsh33 MLB 2K11 Sliders: Classic Hitting / Total Control Pitching

even with the settings i'm using on page 1, i'm still getting 10-14 hits per game. just not realistic...

the problem is that 2k needs to lighten up on the line-drive outs to the middle infielders and get more ground outs. even after all the games i've played, there is still no happy medium in this game.

Re: mkharsh33 MLB 2K11 Sliders: Classic Hitting / Total Control Pitching

Posting this here since this is the slider set I used for most of this run.

My MYPLAYER Pitcher finally got the call last night. I had just gotten him to the point where he was dominating AAA batting, now comes the buzzsaw that is the AL EAST. Should interesting.

This set makes a fun mode even better, though I don't know if my MP CenterFielder agrees.
