Re: Official Boston Red Sox 2005 Thread

thanks brush, those pics did bring a smile to my face

all the while i still feel like ****, want to die, and I'm finishing my second screwdriver and about to start on my third

i hope they rig the visitors clubhouse in baltimore with explosives, and they end this clusterfukk right soon instead of dragging me through the next week and half/two weeks of this crap.

that is all

We'll see. This is certainly the first time this season that they've been "backed against a wall". I have no clue what to expect. Baltimore plays us real tough, they will not a be a cake walk by any means.

I posted about a month ago in this thread, if they don't get Schilling and Foulke back to 85-90% of what they provided in 2004, they were in deep dogcrap. Hello dogcrap. Anybody got a scooper?
You have a lot more faith than I do at this point. Although, at this point with their backs against the wall, we might finally see what this team is made of. Its time for them to sack up and start winning some games.

Oh crap. Timlin's gonna have to put this game behind him, which he can do easily like the veteran he is, and realize that he is our closer for a title run.

Re: Official Boston Red Sox 2005 Thread

Not surprising after Foulke didn't pitch in the 15-2 game. This bullpen desperately needs somebody to step up. I think they've been too cautious with Papelbon, Hansen and Delcarmen. These guys havn't been seen by many hitters and have the velocity to get people out. Everyone worries about "ruining" them, but realistically if a few bad performances in their rookie year ruins them, they probably wouldn't have amounted to much anyways.
