Re: The 2006 New York Yankees

Great win, especially after last night.

Mussina pitched another good game, really settling down after making a couple of mistakes early. 6 wins for him now, tied for the league lead I believe. Giambi continues to have a great year. Right now he's the best hitter in baseball not named Pujols. Big homeruns by A-Rod and Posada. Proctor did a great job.

Chacon has pitched well his last 3 starts. Lets hope it continues and we can take this series tomorrow.

Thank GOD for MOOSE. So far he is having a great year and a big reason why the Yanks are tied for first.

Moose certainly isn't an ace, but I'll be damned if he has his finest season in pinestripes at age 37.

Keep it up baby!

Looks like he fractured his forearm. You just couldn't see it because of his long sleeves.

2-0 Yankees!

Hideki's injury doesn't look good. Hopefully it is just a sprain.
