Ahhh....man.

I was excited when I saw it was 8 to 1, then I come home and find out that the final score was 11 to 10?! WTF man. Our bullpen HAS to be addressed, in some way.

Keep Thomson and move Smoltz back to the pen, if we need to.

In my opinion, Smoltz 200+ IP > Smoltz 80 IP.

Plus, Smoltz loves starting. I'm sure he would do it if asked, but I doubt Bobby would take him out of the rotation again. The only reason they did it in the first place was because they thought it would be better for his elbow coming back from TJ surgery.

I'm sure we'll figure it out. We always do. Hell, we survived the beginning of last year with Dan Kolb closing. I'm not the biggest Reitsma fan, but he's 1000X better than Kolb.

And of course we have Devine stashed away in AAA. If all else fails, let the kid give it a go.

Yeah, I was just throwing that out there. Reitsma cant continue to blow leads, we had enough of that last year. I wish we could have gotten Baez or something to hold down the fort.

Re: 2006 Atlanta Braves Discussion

Game started....

Atlanta got two men on with one out, but failed to do anything with it. Typical. Let's go Smoltzy!

Great, Drew knocks a two run HR....2-0 Dodgers.

EDIT: After a questionable call......a base hit to knock in ANOTHER run. 4-0 Dodgers

Hey, I think we were perfect with men in scoring position yesterday.

Plus the ump had was a bit generous at times...

Damn, J.D. Drew just jacked one. 2-0 LA.

Hmm, Smoltzie not foolin' 'em early...

Can't really tell if the ball hit the runner, but hell... I'm a Braves fan, so i think it did...

Damn, another hit. 4-0 LA.

Double play ends it.
