So excited for Brandon Belt. I watched him all through college here at Texas. I think he will make opening day roster. How about his 3 hits and 4 RBI's today!

I doubt Belt will make the Opening Day roster in order for the Giants to avoid the Super-2 with him and secure another year of pre-arbitration. He will absolutely have to rake in Spring Training and even then it's not a certainty.

I see what you mean but ive read so much about how the Giants are really hyped on him and he could make the roster. He killed it in the minors last year

Also whats up to all fellow Giants fans. I am a life long Texan born and raised but have been a Giants fan since about 96'. Rangers are my home state team so you can imagine what the WS was like for me lol. But of course i was for the Giants and took all the local harrasment!

If Sandoval is back to two years ago Sandoval. The Giants have a very good chance to repeat. My pick is Matt Cain is in the running for a Cy this year.

No i don't see him making the club out of spring training either but i expect he'll be with them later this summer much like Posey was.
