No...they are all still there.
Pause...GAMEPLAY OPTIONS.

Is it a baseball rule that when you are down to your last position player (all others have appeared in the game) that you are not allowed to use the double switch with this player? That is one thing I have also noticed with MoM games in the MLB series (previous years not just MLB 15). If you have plenty of positional players still on the bench, there is nothing wrong with double switching them. But when you are down to your last positional player on the bench, you can not use the double switch.

No....it's the games safeguard for an in game injury I believe.
I don't think it's just M.O.M. either...all modes and I don't think the CPU will do it either.
