Jistics 2005 MVP All-Star Sliders

Finally happy with a base set! I'm getting tired of tracking pitch counts! As usual I'm sure after some time there will be small changes but I'm feel good enough to start a Dynasty with these.

If you decide to give these a try I ask that you also change the Game Options to match these as well. If you leave the Strikezone off, your results will suffer. Believe me I've compared the two and it's a different game without it. And as always please give me feedback. I appreciate it. Ok here we go. LOVE this game BTW

Jistics All-Star Level Sliders V.1

Game Options
Fielding: Manual
Strike Zone: Off
Hot/Cold Zones: Fade
Pitch Cursor: Fade
Hitters Eye: On
Catch Circle Assist: On
Variable Strike Zone, 'Stuff', and Blown Calls: On

Gameplay Tuning
User Pitch Meter Difficulty: -37
Pitch Speed: 0
CPU Pitcher Ball Rate: 17
User Pitcher Fatigue: -10
CPU Pitcher Fatigue: 6
User Pitch Control: -45
CPU Pitch Control: -20

User Throw Accuracy: -15
CPU Throw Accuracy: -23
User Catch Errors: 20
CPU Catch Errors: 40 (Even this high lucky to see one a game)
User Dive Difficulty: 0

User Baserunning Speed: 0 (Baserunning is fine in this game)
CPU Baserunning Speed: 0
User Runner Aggression: 0
CPU Runner Aggression: 0

CPU Steal Rate: 16
Runner Injury Frequency: 0 (I think all injuries are perfect at 0)
Pitcher Injury Frequency: 0

I did have all injuries set to '4' but man it was like the plague! I had one or two players a game get hurt, and they were pitchers and position players, baserunners. Since I left it along I've seen 2 in about 10 games, and they were minor injuries.

Have you had any fast guys gunned out at first from RF yet? I had it happen to Carl Crawford last night and thats with Graphiks sliders which has BR Speed at 10. I cant remember what the CPU throw speed was but I dont think it was to the plus side.

No, not even close. I've gotten about 20 games in and haven't seen that at all. But like I said I think the baserunning speed is perfect save steal speed.

Great sliders so far. Im playing the Red Sox real spring training schedule to tide me over until complete rosters are out. The first game with your sliders went 13 innings. I hit 2 HR gave up 2, was wallked 3 times gave up 2 walks, both teams stole a base and both were caught stealing once, I had 14 hits they had 9. Final Score RED SOX 5 REDS 4. Second game was against the Twins. I lost 2-0 but out hit them 5-4. They scored on a solo shot in the 7th. Realistic stats again. Keep up the good work!

Re: Jistics 2005 MVP All-Star Sliders

O's-Tigers in 2 1/3 innings as Baltimore I've jacked 3 homers and lead 6-1. Too much human contact and power.

Edit: Still a little much on contact, but actually still not bad.

DET 6 16 2

BAL 10 16 0

Tigers hit 4 homers

O's hit 3

I think it depends on the person in regards to the contact being too high. Its just right for me right now but Ill have to lower it as I get better.
