How does year 2 work? Surely thier has to be some sort of gm meeting. What about your agent and endorsements or do you get them all year 1? Is there any cut scenes what so ever?

You can sim key games.
There are gm meetings every now and then. You stick with your agent and have some of the same cutscenes as you did in late year one. Mainly they are recycled cutscenes for brands you're already with, KIA win 6 of 10 games etc

I know this isn't about a MyCareer but most times I'm here reading I see someone asking for a lebron shoe code, can someone explain what the heck this code is and why these guys want it so bad?!?!
