Can anyone quickly tell me if this mode is an offline mode? Thinking of getting the game if its not dependent on the online like myGM last year.

98% sure it is playable completely offline.

Little update: We won our third straight championship with pretty much the same team that won the first two. I resign Durant to a short 1 year contract with a team option for another year.

In Year 7, after our third straight ring we finished with the league's best record once again. We cruised to the finals as usual, but we lost the series 3-4 to the Chicago Bulls. It was a great 3 year reign for your Sacramento Kings and a pretty damn impressive feat assemble possibly the greatest, if not greatest dynasty in the history of the NBA to win 3 Championships and very nearly won a 4th.

KD's team option is here. I hate older players(I typically try to have only 1 or two players 30+ with a few exemptions like KD), however he cost too much and I want to give more money to the rest of the roster and not KD, so I let him walk. I soon regret that decision, as, in Year 8, while we made the playoffs and swept the first round, we got our asses handed in the 2nd round by Dallas, 4-1. Looks like we have a bit of rebuilding to do.

One of the reasons why we fell flat this year is because Austin Rivers and a couple other bench guys declined our offers.

What I love about MyLeague is that you can go 80 years so I don't have to worry about reaching the maximum year for a while.

Thanks, and would you recommend the game I had 2K14 enjoyed it but still confused whether to get this? Is it worth it?
