Reason For No Sprint with R2/RT

Just press the R2 button harder.

After trying it again tonight, I see that it's pressure sensitive.

Mash it all the way down and you'll have success.

Were you having the problem as well? I ask because playing on another controller, I don't have to adjust my inputs to get a better result.

I was, but I first heard about it from someone who has the retail version.

I also was more focused on trying to get the hang of controlling my player because the movement just felt too slick in the beginning.

Once I found out the button was pressure sensitive, I made sure to press it all the way down, and it worked just fine.

i have the problem but ive always seemed to have issues with my R2 even since 2k16 but i recently just bought a new controller havent even opened it yet.

I went crazy at release and got 3 controllers.

Ill keep the 2 but the 3rd one i never opened.

Could i sell it to gamestop as is as get a better ds4 or another x1 controller?

Besides the normal R2 not working on my old controller, with my newer controller (that R2 works fine on) iIn the 2KU, I've seen the Da Czar outrun my PG because my dude starts jogging instead of sprinting to get back.. I feel like it's some kind of mechanism they've put in to artificially lower chasedown blocks..

B is right for some guys game not register r2 button without the ball and thats a fact i tried everything now.
