2k18 Needs to Address Teammate Grades

True. The whole voting system would be way too easily abused pretty much any way you implement it. Ideally, though, it'd work if people were honest. Which is, unfortunately, rare.

Don't know who'd want interactions with refs. Getting caught on refs is one of the most annoying things about this game, I should be able to bowl that MFer down lol.

Being able to select a zone defense is crucial to fixing teammate grades, you're 100% right.

How does the PG decide who to guard? Didn't even know that was possible lol...

If teammate grades worked though, you wouldn't even need an option to kick a player.

Another thing that needs to be addressed, is how they attribute turnovers to people. I've been passed the ball in traffic without calling for it and immediately lost it.

The teammate grade doesnt consider greed in the decision making either. When my pro am team isnt online, i run a lot o walk ons with randoms. The problem is sometimes guys run in groups of 2s, 3s and possibly 4s. If youre on a team with guys who know each other an arent passing you the ball, and your opponent is scoring on you and you cant get the ball to assist, grab rebounds...all you're left to do is attempt to set screens. Im sorry...if you dont have brick wall badge on hall of fame, i just dont see anyone willing to sit through a 20 minute game setting screens all day for B+ rating.

P.S. Scoring doesnt give a big enough boost on your teammmate grade. DUNKS, 3s and ones, 2s, end of quarter/end of halfs/game winning buzzer beaters need to be given an extra boost to the offensive player.

Im pretty sure its an automatic defensive breakdown if your opponent dunks on you regardless of the contest, in Park recently an opponent had that dunk animation where they normally miss the hoop and goes out of bounds. I got my hand to the dunk attempt, it deflected off the backboard, up off the rim and went in and i got a defensive breakdown. I will post it later but their is no way it should be a defensive breakdown when i got a hand on the shot.

I can't telll you how many times Iv been playing my butt off and have watched some bum stink it up but as soon as I get ripped and it goes for a score my grade is a D

Or the always entertaining 3 guys in a party who freeze you out all game and then decide to get on the mic and cuss you out because you've stopped playing D and setting screens for them. Then the sarcastic "here take the ball" line where the guys who were freezing you out start over passing you the ball just so you lose it and they can call you trash and be like "see that's why we weren't passing to you bum"


The life of a post scorer is so hard in 2k lol
